"Sphere Continuum" is part of my continuing series on Space and Time in Nature. I'm now going into larger pieces on canvas. This piece represents time as contain in a frame relative to our place on the earth. Inspiration came from the book "The Perfect Theory" by Pedro Ferreira

Thom entered the Vancouver School of Art (now Emily Carr University of Art + Design) in 1969 to pursue his continuing photography work. There he was introduced to sculpture and found the world of 3D. BCIT led to a career working with the major architectural firms in Vancouver. Retiring from architecture in 2004, he returned to his first love, the 2D world of Photomontage Art.
