112 BIS V (The Lion King) Painting

112 BIS consists of a series of works made from elements found inside a domicile with that number. Different members of my family have lived in this address since the 1970s and I currently have my studio there. The project is based on the memory contained in objects of everyday life and represents for me a connection with my family through these objects that once belonged to them. The paintings are made up of different mountainous and volcanic landscapes and textures. In the case of this particular work, it is an old chipboard print of “The Lion King” that belonged to my brothers and me.
