This work is a part of the “Novel Oil Painting Concerto: THE STORY OF AUCTION HOUSE” of A CH Painting Book (): Since the Postmodern-Narrationism painting “Paris • Woman Holding a Fan in Haze” was published by the highest authoritative national art newspaper in a country with one-fifth of the earth's population, it became the world's new attention of the artwork. … 5TH MOVEMENT: PREVIEW Another few months passed… Under the patrol of armed guards, Chrisby's rearranged a presale exhibition and opened to the public in Paris before the global re-auction of this painting… 6TH MOVEMENT: AUCTION Through several fierce competitions, the auctioneer finally swung the hammer and announced the deal. The entire auction hall woke up from the silence of a second and then burst into thunderous applause and joyous dance. In the end, the painting “Paris • Woman Holding a Fan in Haze” was taken by a mysterious buyer from Shanghai for 250 million euros. A few days later, the painting was found to be a counterfeit. (The part of the story is purely fictitious)

CH (Chen Hao) is a California-based well-known American Postmodern-Narrationism painter, art theorist, and bilingual writer. He earned a Master's degree in Studio Art from the University of South Carolina (founded in 1801) in the USA. His profile is included in Marquis “Who's Who in the World” (31st and 33rd Editions) and "Who's Who in America" (69th and 70th Editions) as an artist. Also, his artworks were selected in the art book “Art and Art Market • Masters of the 21st Century” that was published by the MAMAG Modern Art Museum in Austria. He is the founder of Postmodern-Narrationism. As a postmodern artist and litterateur, he has originally created many oil paintings, sketches, photographs, novels, poems, and other contemporary art and literary works. His works have been internationally exhibited, published, awarded, and collected (both private and public). His representative work “Saving the Great Wall” is held by the Liu Haisu Art Museum, a national museum of China. And his other two early representative works “July 4th” and “Silent Night” are collected by the China Art Museum (China Art Palace), that is the largest art museum in Asia.
