About The Artwork

In ‘A moment of Eternity’, I transformed the ten Korean traditional symbols of longivity— sun, moon, mountain, water, pine tree, rock, deer, crane, turtle, and elixir plant— into Shangri-La, the unknown world, and adding a mystery on it. My work is created through simplifying inaimate objects, yet using strong and reverberating tones which melts the sun and moon, taken out from the concept of untouched secret garden and unknown world.
