"A Special Occasion" Painting

Hazel Marshall is a Trinidadian artist whose work captures the light, rhythm, and soulful spirit of the Caribbean. Inspired by the great Impressionists yet guided by her own intuitive vision, she paints with expressive brushwork, luminous color, and richly textured layers that seem to glow from within.

Her subjects—landscapes, seascapes, gingerbread architecture, and Caribbean women—are not merely observed but deeply felt, often infused with a quiet sense of movement, memory, and inner light.
