Abstract 5.14 Painting

Draftsman and painter, born in Rosario, Argentina, exhibits his work individually and / or collectively since 1962. His works have characteristics of neoexpressionism, whether figurative or abstract elements. Saturated and arbitrary dyes, use of several traditional tools, such as brush and spatula; independence of color and line, gesture line, use of graphics. He participated in official and private salons achieving distinctions, among which we can mention: • First Prize, Drawing section in the "XII Salon of Modern Art" • First Prize, Drawing section in the "Salon for award-winning artists in the XVI Salon of Modern Art" • First Prize, Painting section in the "30 Anniversary Friends of Art Salon" • Prize "Society of Plastic Artists of Rosario", Independence Salon • First Prize "Manuel Musto Annual Salon" • Culture Secretary of Santa Fe Award, Painting section, in the "Second Salon of Modern Art Award-Winning Artists" • First Prize for Painting and Second Prize Drawing at the "XI Plastic Arts of Rosario Salon". He has also participated in official Salons such as "LXIV and LXV National Salons of Plastic Arts" and in the “LVI Annual Salon of Santa Fe”. He has exhibited his paintings in CABA, in places such as the Senate of the Nation, Classic Art Gallery, Forma Gallery and Borges Cultural Center. His works can be found in official and private collections: in the Museum of Rosario "J.B. Castagnino ", at the Museum of Fine Arts of Rafaela, also represented in private collections in Washington and París. He has dictated several courses and conferences. For example he participated in the local cycle "Rosario and his Art”, invited by the Ministry of Culture of the Province of Santa Fe giving a course. Jury in many Salons, such as “Salon of Plastic Artists of the Province of Santa Fe” in years 2005 and 2006. He published articles of his specialty in the “La Capital” newspaper and in the magazine "Third Millenium of Culture” President of the Society of Plastic Artist of Rosario from April 2003 to April 2007.
