About The Artwork
I wanted to introduce text to my abstract landscapes in this painting. I was inspired by my experiences growing up in Argentina during the 1970's. During the seventies in Buenos Aires I kept hearing about people disappearing or being taken. It was a hidden quiet war happening that I knew was present in my surroundings but I only understood it through the eyes of a child. This painting has a hidden personal message. I hope the viewer will interpret my personal language in their own way.
