And indeed the Hereafter is better for you than the present (life of this world). And verily, your Lord will give you (all i.e. good) so that you shall be well-pleased. Quran (Ad-Duha- 93:1-5) The story behind the verses is that for a period of time, Prophet Muhammad did not receive revelation from God. This distressed him and made him feel that perhaps God had forgotten him and did not consider him worthy. This Surah broke that silence and reassured Muhammad that his Lord had not forgotten him now and not before when he was an orphan. It further seeks to reassure him to look for the light within the darkness, not just physically, but also metaphorically. Silence is the language of God and it is only in the depths of this silence can his voice be heard.
