About The Artwork

One distinctive aspect of my art is the incorporation of two halves of a circle, which often overlap or melt into each other. This motif is a reference to Plato's concept of love, as articulated in his renowned work, "Symposium." Plato's philosophy delves into the idea of humans seeking their other half to achieve a sense of completeness. What makes this concept particularly intriguing is Plato's notion that when these halves unite, they do not form a complete whole again, but rather something entirely new. In my abstract paintings, I aim to invite viewers to contemplate the nature of love, human connection, and the transformative power of relationships, all through the medium of geometric abstraction and visual symbolism.
