I was born in the Altai Mountains in Russia. As a child, Egon Schiele was very impressed. My inspiration is man, his dynamism, liveliness and intimacy. I am a very positive person and this is reflected in the warm and friendly color scheme of my pictures. The diploma in panel painting and architecture studies has had an impact on my work today. People and animals are the significant themes in my paintings. I work with oil paint, acrylic on canvas, pastels and mixed media. I layer thin washes with thicker impasto, combine pencils, monotypes and gold leaf. The paintings are mostly figurative , sometimes abstract and metamorphic. The characteristic soft-focus style is used to capture the subjects on canvas. The focus of my artistic work is on people, the basic shape of the human body, emotions. Thanks to their many years of experience, I found my own style to combine the classic painting school with modern aesthetics. Lately my style has changed a lot, from the beginning it was a classic school, now I would call my style figurative expressionism. The main motive is the person with his emotions, in formal painting I love bright, open, juicy colors. The focus is almost exclusively on people, mostly on female nudes. The mere combination of the different colors, their different light and dark tones, creates the depth effect of the image. The color red - symbol for love and passionate seduction - is always found in my nude pictures, sensual and explosive. I live in Landau, Germany, and work as an art painter both in corporate art also as a portrait painter and figurative artist. My work is included in private and commercial collections of Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, USA, Russia, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium, England and Italy.
