About The Artwork
This work is based on the tradition of grand portraits. It's inspired on the numerous military and royal portraits of the eighteenth and nineteenth century but based on the argentinian typical greenish landscapes. It is also part of a biggger project of making portraits of different fictional characters I use in my paintings.
