About The Artwork
I love to contrast forms and colors and the overlapping bodies and faces is a recurring motif in my work. Here I worked a bit more with lines and dots. I love psychology and C.G Jung is always interesting, which is why I chose the name that refers to the male and female archetypes in our psyche - and since the faces are blend together one could argue they are two parts of one and the same person. What do you think?

I paint mostly with acrylics on canvas, using bold brush strokes and palette knife to create structures. My art is characterized by vivid colors and clear forms, with a figurative style on the edge of becoming abstract. The human figure and the portrait is a main motif, creating new forms when overlapped and painted in different colors. I play with the borders of figurative and abstract and strive for balance and contrast in color.
