About The Artwork
[Information] Watermark is not on the actual painting. The artwork is painted on 300 gsm watercolor paper. It is painted with lightfast watercolor and pencil, gouache and ink accents. The whole piece was sprayed with an extra lightfast coating so the painting will not fade over time. The piece is inspired by multiple illustration artists, their styles, my fantasy and surrealism. I chose my favorite colors blue, purple and pink for this piece. This painting was a blast to paint and I hope you can see that through this painting. What I see in this painting is adventure, fun, happyness and most of all, piece. Silence. That's why I called it 'At Ease' But my top priority is for you to find your own story and connection with this painting. But, like I write for all my paintings with the red character, here is my story behind the art: [Story] Nym found a mountain, in the mountain she found a cave. It had a really weird shape and was quite watery. But something was special about this cave. It almost drew her in. Nym was curious, but had learned from all her previous adventures that she should not run into everthing blindly. But the cave looked so nice! That cave can't be dangerous. Can it? She took her first step. And another. And another. Nothing but darkness. Nym just walked hoping she would find a way out. Then she found a light! Nym started walking faster and...

Hi! I'm Noes, Dutch, 20 years, old and obsessed with making art, looking at art and learning about art. 2-3 years ago my interest in art began when a friend had an school performance and I wanted to make a big poster for her.
