This lovely Nurse Shark was in front of us as we descended on our first dive in the far northern Great Barrier Reef in Australia. It was very tolerant of us blowing bubbles and admiring it. Underwater life in all its amazing forms and colors attracts my eye, including vertebrates and invertebrates alike. I hope you feel the peaceful connection of this amazing life when you look at it. The acrylic paints gives this image a brightness and wetness I feel agrees with the subject matter.
