About The Artwork
It is a portrait of my friend Samara. I hope that the viewers feel that it is interesting instead of think that it is interesting. If it doesn't, then I'm a failure and I'll try again. I chose the materials because I was assigned to create a portrait in a class I took in college and this is what I came up with. My hope is to be able to trade this painting for tuition to Kentucky Welding Institute to go do their pipe welding course next year.
