Igor Josifov (Macedonian, b. 1986) is a visual and performance artist who exhibits and performs internationally. Josifov is renowned for the diversity of his multiple works and the way he uses the human body to share his message about our contemporary world. In his role as a performance artist, he draws on all types of media to create his performances, including the unique technique of using fire that has been celebrated in his films 'Taming Fire' (2014), 'Burning Words' (2014), 'Wit-ness' (2015), 'Unification' (2015), 'Untie' (2016) and 'Continuum' (2017).
