Black Sky Painting

This is a child-like painting in that no thought, form or academic principles were used. Some might call it "childish" but that would be incorrect. A child, when creating art, does not think of academic principles in creating art. His or her creation comes from the pure joy of applying paint to a surface without consideration to what "others might think" i.e. The eternal Art critic inside of us and outside of us. At any rate, this piece is an acrylic painting on gallery wrapped canvas, the edges painted black, wired and ready to hang.
