This is inspired by the view from my the terrace of my building in Bahrain. Its a lovely site with the beautiful Grand Mosque in the foreground & the highway & towers in the background.I purposely used black & white colours only in order to bring out the contrast between the lights & shadows.Had to do it in oils to achieve the right effect.

I am a fan of the way the impressionists used colours. I am currently working on series called 'URBAN LANDSCAPES ", inspired by citi life & features a lot of roads & cars. Who says roads & cars can't be beautiful ?
