About The Artwork
I called this work "The Illusion of Beauty" because I depicted a dreaming woman dressed up in jewelry that we don't wear every day, and many of us will never wear it. Tears, which, and other head ornaments are available only to some women, and not everyone has a reason to wear them to celebrate the events of life. I painted this picture dedicating it to all women from different classes, as the embodiment of the illusion of beauty.
