ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Narcissus is part of Blossom series of my oil paintings created completely by palette knife. This piece was inspired by words of Galen: "He who has two cakes of bread, let him dispose of one of them for some flowers of the narcissus; for bread is the food of the body, and the narcissus is the food of the soul". Narcissus is among the first flowers appearing in spring, so tried to show the most fresh and tender green and yellow color combinations to enable you to feel the freshness and glory of this flower. Spring is in the air... Each piece is unique and absolutely worth to take part in your heart. All paintings are signed by me and shipped from my studio.
