Grew up in Wales, Great Britain . Studied at Camberwell and Central/St.Martins Art Colleges in London. His work has been animated for MTV,used on CD covers, his murals have been splashed across the walls of London's bars and clubs, on champagne glasses and even on an original section of the Berlin Wall at Checkpoint Charlie in central Berlin. Tim creates bold ,iconic, colourful figurative images, often with a music theme. From 1979 till 2007 based in London. Now based in Hannover, Germany. His work can be seen on the german AIDA cruise-ships travelling around the globe and viewed at ART28 in Stuttgart, Germany and also at the famous Mango Room in Camden Town, London. His work is in collections worldwide from Tokyo to London to Los Angeles .
