About The Artwork
One summer in Nizhny Novgorod, my friend and I went to paint etude of the night view of the bridge. We got there for a whole hour by transport, and then we walked to the hill for 40 minutes. It was a long walk to the place, but it was worth it, such a beautiful panoramic view was opened from this place that we began to paint "blindly" in almost total darkness. Even in the dark, I did not notice the paint palette lying behind me and got dirty on my jacket. The view of the city was unforgettable and amazing, something reminiscent of a night painting by the French artist Albert Marquet.

Natalya Delieva was born in 1995 in Ukraine and raised in Russia. She studied at the Krasnodar College of Art and then entered the Imperial Academy of Fine Arts in Saint Petersburg (I.E.Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture). Natalya specializes in landscape, portrait and still life paintings. She works in realistic tradition created on impression. The young artist has participated in numerous exhibitions across Russia. Her works are in collections of the Imperial Academy of Fine Arts, in private collections in Russia, Ukraine, China and England.
