He was the first enlightened or awakened one of the era 400BC and will be until time. Tapas (Meditation) is the key to peace and peace with oneself will help us tap in all the good that lies inside our soul - Buddha These little yet powerful teachings can sum up clearly what Buddhism is based upon.
