About The Artwork
We can see and feel the touch of time in different ways: it can be a rock destroyed by wind and waves, yellowed pages of books or a piece of paint that has fallen off the wall, exposing layers from the past. I like to notice such moments in order to feel the reality more sharply and convey them in my paintings. The "burnt" story, which burned out in the sun, or maybe from a forest fire, can no longer be read in full, one can only guess from scraps of phrases.
