For this art piece the artist tried for simplicity working in minimalism style and sought to create a work that is stripped down to it essential elements, using simple stripes and material. Mixed media - acrylic, canvas, plexiglass, and wood. The stripes are evenly spaced and alternate between a dark gray and a lighter, almost beige color. The artwork is minimalist in style, focusing on the repetition and simplicity of the vertical lines. The contrast between the dark and light stripes creates a rhythmic pattern that draws the viewer's eye across the piece. The simplicity and repetition in the design can evoke a sense of calm and order, making it an interesting study in minimalism and pattern. The frame is a simple, light-colored wooden frame with a slightly distressed finish, giving it a subtle vintage look and the frame was handmade by the artist and includes hanging hardware.
