About The Artwork
This painting was inspired by the composition The Wanderer by Caspar David Friederich (1818 German Romanticism) and the film Res by Ken Loach 1969. The Wanderer is also an anonymous Anglo Saxon verse from 597 approximately and very influential for its content and style as well as its approach to the person.This is not an accurate sample of my current approach but it is a very significant part of researches for works in a more sculptural vein.
