About The Artwork
One of my visually favorite things is Graffiti. I don't groan when I get stuck at a railroad crossing, I look forward to seeing the graffiti riddled train pass by. I've been experimenting with creating Graffiti in my own art work for a few years. The many layers, textures, mark making and colors here look like a graffiti frequented alley wall. The focal graffiti in pink pops from the background with many layers of collage and material underneath. I really love the final marks here, it's all of the visual secrets that make my artwork so complex and enthralling.
