Chanel on a Sunday Painting

Since she was a child growing up in St. Petersburg, Florida, Ali Curtis has pursued her artistic interests in both painting and drawing. The artist creates abstract paintings in acrylics in a range of genre that spans from portraits to cityscapes influenced by her love for travel, fashion, and pop culture with a distinct boldness of color. A committed artist from childhood, Ali attended Gibbs High School, PCCA program for Visual arts and studied fashion design in Paris and London and then went on to earn an AA degree from The New School University, Parsons School of Design in New York. Curtis is the recipient of several Awards and Recognitions including Best of Show from International Gallery of the Arts and Certificate of Excellence from the Circle Foundation of the Arts.
