Inspired by night lights and shadows of buildings, structures and car parks in the city. This piece is not a narrative or literal image but aims to capture the feeling of the subject using space, form, balance and colour. I often explore and create my work using geometric forms that are often influenced by the urban environment, architecture and drafting. This is an original painting. Acrylic on canvas (Rolled not on stretchers and has plenty of overhang for easy stretching).

I have now married my previous work with printmaking and painting so it's no surprise that the blend of Australian flora and my love for design are prevalent in my work.
