About The Artwork

Climbing the west side of Mount Ohlssen Bagge in South Australia is a punishing shadeless scramble, but the rewards are some unique environments that the parks guide describes as "excellent reptile habitat". Excellent for reptiles; less so for this mammal. The colours reflect the dry desert environment of the Flinders Ranges area of South Australia. Painted on medium textured linen stretched on hardwood stretchers.
