About The Artwork
I painted this artwork plein air near Cape D'Aguilar, Hong Kong. It was sunny for a couple of hours and then the weather turned and it began to rain. I did not have much cover, but I tried to quickly knock out the elements that were needed to lock the composition in place. Since that day, several glazes were added to build the color.
