Corinne is an award-winning oil painter based in North Devon. She graduated Plymouth University in 2014 with a degree in fine art. In 2016 she co-founded art gallery, studio and specialist art printers Jackson and Young in Barnstaple.
Corinne has exhibited artwork across the UK and in Saudi Arabia (where she spent a lot of time throughout her early life), and won the prestigious Holly Bush Emerging Women Artists Award in Hampstead in 2020. Most recently she has exhibited in Mall Galleries as part of the Society of Woman’s Artists exhibited. She is currently signed with publishers Collier and Dobson who distribute prints of her work to galleries across the UK.
The primary theme of Corinne’s oil paintings is the exploration of the female form via portraiture, which she displays through a distinctive, contemporary realism style. Her newest artwork series of women swimming the wilds of the ocean hones in on this theme and is considered her most exposed and innovative body of work to date.
