Early Painting

ArtSwati is a contemporary artist of Indian origin, based in London. She is the winner of the Pure Prize 2015. Her signature narrative of lush tones and tranquil meditative layers was developed during her professional education in Fine Arts at the Art Academy London. Her luminous works invites the viewers to pause and step towards a deeply conscious and subliminal experience. . Her tonal paintings are rooted in the aesthetics of minimalism and appear to be contemporary colourfield. Solid, luminous, deep-set colours are the visual equivalent of her spiritual sense. Swollen with the Indian sensibility of pure colour, that is broken, blurred and repeated, her works provoke a transcendental interpretation.
