Elevare No.1 Painting

This painting represents a pivotal point in my career that occurred in 2016. I had originally seen myself as a figurative painter until I started working heavily with more land, ocean and organic subject matter. Elevare One is from a group of works that solidified my interest in abstracted nature. This pretty, airy landscape painting is a combination of heavily worked areas with palette knives and metal sculpting tools – interwoven with delicate glazing and intricate brush work. {+} Carefully packaged in a wood crate with a ph-neutral initial barrier to protect the surface {+} Little "R" on the front / full signature and date on the back {+} Sides of the painting cleaned and painted black. I will ask you upon purchase if you would like the painting pre-wired and/or d-rings attached - or if you are planning to have the painting framed, wiring would not be necessary.
