About The Artwork
"Em Chamas" (In Flames) is another painting from my collection of Chaosionist works. I call it that because Chaosionism for me is painting pain, order from chaos. Because there is beauty in that. Chaos is transformative and shapes decisions. The back is also painted in dark red tones. I hope my viewers aren't afraid to look at Em Chamas and say "how ugly!" or "wow, it's so confusing" because still, this feeling is a sensation and I work through sensations. My greatest ideal is to show the existence of "the other side of the coin".
