About The Artwork
The picture presents the cityscape with bright evening side lights. Dominated by red, embodies bright sunlight which is a source of inspiration for many of my paintings. I combined landscape and still life. During the quarantine because of covid pandemic i had the plein air by my own at my balcony. The etude is painted in the style of Fauvism.

Kozlovskyi Mykola is Ukrainian contemporary artist.. Born in 1994 year in Stupnytsia, Lviv region. Now lives and works in Lviv, Ukraine. All the artworks are an interpretation of the author`s view of beauty, harmony and energy of the landscape. Mykola makes lots of preparing sketches on the plein air to catch a very best moment and composition and never works with photos. Finally we see how incredibly the abstract compositions are built on the basis of everyday plain air practice and researches. The author's works are his emotions and deep feelings supplemented with professional compositional, tonal and color analysis that can be seen in his paintings.
