Figuring out my flow Painting

This painting is a small 'sample' study and/or practice piece for a large format series I am working on (s. 2021 and currently into 2024) called the Drishti paintings in preparation for an exhibit I will call The Drishti Experience. The underlying question that inspires this series is: How can we live in a frequency of well-being? I am fascinated by well-being in a world where we tend to focus on what is wrong. As we cheer on our personal ‘trauma trophies', we focus on our troubles, challenges, and chagrins. I wonder: What happens when we focus on what is right? What is good here? How do we find lasting health, happiness, joy and wellness? The visual foundation of this series embodies three core principles I have learned from living in the frequency of my own well-being and continues to evolve as I do.
