Flight of the Albatross is part of an ongoing series I call "Riding Giants", in which I explore the theme of conquering fears. My children inspire much of my work. Children can be so fearless, not just with physical things, but with their imagination as well. They aren't afraid to imagine the impossible. There is a freedom to flying, and a freedom to letting go of your fears as well.
