I expressed what changes with the march of the times (weathering) like clock and life (fish and turban shell), what does not change (sea and waves) figuratively in a motif. Also, I painted the flame according to this work.

As an artist, my practice spans beyond traditional painting to encompass large-scale wall works, store interiors, and graphic design projects, including logos and symbolic marks. I have also served as a lecturer in dessin, illustration, and formative art at a design vocational school, where I continue to share my knowledge with the next generation of creatives. My artistic journey began with abstract, planar constructions—often using circles and spheres to evoke cosmic imagery and the structure of the universe. In recent years, my focus has shifted toward more realistic expressions, emphasizing tactile textures and material depth while maintaining conceptual foundations rooted in time, gravity, and spatial metaphors. Currently, I serve as an advisor to Seisu-Kai, an artist group exhibiting at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum. My works seek to harmonize abstract thought with physical presence, offering viewers a bridge between the metaphysical and the material.
