ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This work comes from a series about fantasy fish. It is painted on Masonite, a wooden panel that does not warp. I applied the acrylic paint thickly, creating structures. I also provided it with an acrylic varnish glossy, which creates an intensity of the colors. This varnish gives the painting a slight shine. The painting has a floating wooden frame, in anthracite color. By framing the painting with a matching frame, it makes it complete. It is ready to hang.
