Forgotten Land Painting

Unfortunately, at the beginning of the third millennia until this very day, humanity witnessed and is still witnessing genocides and culturocides in many parts of the world. As a sensitive artist, I've been repeatedly disappointed by outrageous acts of vandalism: looting, robberies and destruction in museums, archeological sites and cities. All of these devastations have been in process for a long time and unfortunately encounter unresponsiveness of the international public and responsible institutions. This area has been a subject of a long-standing refugee problem in the Mediterranean. In my own reinterpretation I've built a new autonomous story of these "wandering figures", which is extremely subjectively felt and at the same time universally relevant: it becomes the a warning and encourages awareness about displacement and loss of heritage anywhere in the world.
