An Eternal Golden Braid. I've been intrigued by that title since I first heard it. This is a pretty big painting at about ten feet by five feet, featuring three “figures” in various stages of complexity. This piece encapsulates the artist’s philosophy of painting as “Happening” as evidence of Being, as movement frozen in time and Perfection achieved at the precipice’s peak. (Importantly stopped!) Coated with a permanent, clear acrylic isolation coat and removable UV varnish. Signed on verso: Kotas 22. Shipped in a tube with instruction and dimensions for stretching. Thanks for looking! :)
