Arguably Bruvel’s most perfect painting; “Time Transfers” perfectly balances his love for the female form with his dream-like imagery. Spirit-like forms drift in and out of the lifetime and body of the female as time gentle floats in the foreground. She submits to certain spirits but they remain formless and faceless through her life. This work appears in Bruvel’s book of portraiture “Timeless Travelers”. This one-of-a-kind original oil on canvas is being sold from the original owner who purchased it from me in 2001.
