"Grand Canal, Venice, Italy” is an original, one of a kind, modern, palette knife city landscape inspired by beautiful grand canal of Venice with Santa Maria Della Salute in the distance. I created this painting using layers of bold acrylic paint applied with various palette knives to achieve textured, modern, impressionistic piece. Colours I have chosen are mainly different shades of blue and green with accents of vibrant red, yellow, purple, orange and pink. Materials: This painting is created using high quality materials including acrylic paints, canvas stretched on a wooden frame and non yellowing varnish for protection.
