This is the second painting in my Distant Landscape series. I have used pages from pride and prejudice, candle wax, tape, spray paint, acrylic paint and oils. The composition and colours used in this mixed media painting are inspired by nature and images of beauty inspired by the pages I have used. This piece was exhibited at the P&B art show at Studio Spaces, London on 07/04/16

Samuel is a full time artist and a graduate of Interior Architecture who developed his painting style in abstract work full of bold color palettes and layers of texture. Using primarily acrylics with clay and plaster, he is inspired by themes of nature and emotion which he then transforms onto the canvas as energetic pieces of art.
