ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Oils on canvas impressionistic loose brush work horse art. This piece was inspired by watching the noble Highland Ponies at The European Eventing Championships at Blair Castle 2015. They had such presence and grace as well as stature, I loved the rippling muscles and strength of the breed, suited to a looser style of oils.
