About The Artwork
This epoxy resin, ink, acrylic, and sand piece have been sculpted and layered on 24”x24” gallery quality raised wood panel. This painting includes a touch of purified Bermuda pink sand. The painting has been signed on the back, is professionally wired, and ready to hang on the wall. The ocean captivates me. The way the colours shift and with the change in depths and substrate. The way the waves sculpt the shoreline. The foam, the depth, the sand. I love it all. The seeds of this series were planted during flights to and from Bermuda whilst living on the island in a quaint Bermudian cottage overlooking the turquoise coast. It has continued to develop during numerous visits back to my Happy Place, Bermuda.
