About The Artwork
After finishing this work I named it Happy because it reminded me of confetti, birthday celebrations and warmth. It was a treat to work on raw canvas, prepared with transparent gesso, and then lots of paint and so many different colors. My paintings are new beginnings, odes to a new journey, a new opportunity every day.
