About The Artwork

Raw, audacious work displaying intense energy. Current series uses speed and motion to create organic acrylic skins that are layered challenging the conventional process of painting to voice the concept 'Vibrations of Vulnerability.' 'Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity and change.' Dr. Brene Brown. I am inspired by those who keep going in the face of adversity and hardship. Every six hours the reverberation of a whir and click saturate the heart through nothing more than a plastic tube. A lullaby of rejuvenation. Sharp, irascible pulse of mechanical change interrupts with a high pitched screech. A symphony of piercing and continuous anxiety coursing through the body.
