This work of art to hold is a symbolic allegory but at the same time different from the mythology of Atlas holding the World. In the plastic work, the man is captured tied to different bodies and holding a symbolic ball that is the mesh cut into a circle that is the world, to which we live tied to the morality of the sexes but at the same time they are practiced in all its amplitudes and desires of the human being. The materials used are wire mesh, canvas, thick rope on hard cardboard, so the square part of the cut mesh represents an open window in which one goes to the past or one reaches the present. The tied threads represent the chains that bind the human being with their desires and taboos that they still hide inside without being able to untie themselves from the moralistic ties of the past.
